Do I buy the sneakers or do you source them for me?

If you are based in Australia we would get you to purchase the shoes online and have them sent to us. If you already have sneakers that have been used we are more than happy to customise them, so you can ship those to us too. If you would prefer for us to source the shoes for you there is an added cost of $20 for this request.

Otherwise if you are based overseas, we would ask for all the details regarding sizes and styles as we will be sourcing them for you.


What is your pricing?

When it comes to pricing, all customs sit at different costs. It all comes down to the surface area of the shoe that will be taken up, as well as the intricacy of the design. Keep in mind that all customs are hand painted and take hours to complete.


Will the designs wear over time?

As with any sneakers creasing is inevitable, although as some of these areas will have been painted over they will wear, but over a long period of time depending on how they are treated. We would definitely recommend using crease guards as another safety precaution. We use renowned products that have been specifically designed for sneaker customising to ensure that the design remains in tact for as long as possible. Treat all customs as if they are an artwork.


How long is your turnover time?

Turn over time is roughly between 3-4 weeks. This may be subject to change depending on the load of orders received but you will be notified of any changes. If you require the sneakers to be done by a certain date please ensure to make a note of this in your enquiry, as we are always happy to meet these deadlines to ensure our customers are happy.


Do you ship worldwide?

YES we sure do! We are more than happy to ship absolutely anywhere in the world and charge an average international rate of $35-$45 for shipping. All tracking information will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.

Can I send you used sneakers to customise?

Of course! We do not discriminate against the condition that the sneakers are in and are more than happy to spice up an old pair that you have laying around.


Are you able to customise any size and any style of shoe?

Any size YES, Any Style NO. When it comes to the style of shoe we definitely recommend leather. Reason being that the products we use are specifically designed for this material. Although we do have products that allow us to work with other material as well, but some of these make it extremely hard to create a nice smooth base. These would include flyknit or any other thread like material. Please feel free to send through an enquiry if you are unsure and we will get back to you.


Do you offer refunds?

All customs are individually created for each customer, therefore unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, or damage due to wear and tear. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we cannot change this policy for any reason.
